Our Story
Dennis Lelak - Bath Rescue
Owner Dennis Lelak began the tub reglazing and one-day bath renovation business with Bathcrest of Bucks County.Since 1987 the Lelaks have provided exemplary customer service and fine craftsmanship by updated thousands and thousands of bathrooms.
Dennis' father John first began Bathcrest of Bucks County in 1987, a franchise of Bathcrest, Inc., after considerable investigation into many franchise opportunities. John was looking for a company which mirrored his personal values - honesty, consistently offering outstanding products and placing customer support at the top of the list.
Dennis accompanied his father to Bathcrest headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah to take part in their extensive training and continued to work with his father on a part-time basis. Upon John's retirement in 1994, Dennis took over the reins. In 1999 his wife Linda left her job as a public relations director to join Bathcrest. After leaving the Army, their son also joined the company.
Bathcrest of Bucks initially offered only premium reglazing of bathroom fixtures such as tubs, showers, tile and fiberglass and acrylics using Bathcrest, Inc.'s proprietary reglazing material. However, recognizing the varied needs of their customers, they once again took advantage of the training program offered them and traveled to Salt Lake City to begin offering DuraCast acrylics.
Since then Dennis had added several other products for the bathroom yet has always kept in mind the importance of focusing on the main areas of his expertise; the art of repairs and reglazing and providing superior customer service. When Bathcrest, Inc.discontinued their franchise operations, Dennis formed Bath Rescue and continues to provide his customers excellent service and superior products..
